The Argentine Exporters’ Chamber (CERA) has voiced strong concern over the Resolution 1834/2025 issued by the Ministry of Economy, which allows the dollar-denomination of outstanding export rebate and VAT recovery credits accumulated up to October 31, 2025, with an option valid until March 1, 2026, and actual disbursement only from January 1, 2027. According to CERA, the measure represents a deferment of state financial obligations, imposes a real financing cost for export businesses and raises doubts about the future adherence to tax-recovery regimes critical for global competitiveness.
