The Argentine government plans to dissolve the Undersecretariat of Ports and Waterways and the General Administration of Ports (AGP) as of 1 January 2025, merging their functions into the new National Agency of Ports and Navigation (ANPYN). This restructuring seeks to create a more efficient, autonomous and capable of defining policies that streamline the processes related to the sector.
