Government Completes Formation of the National Ports and Navigation Agency - Infobae | 29/05/25

Five months after its establishment, the Argentine government has finalized the leadership team of the National Ports and Navigation Agency (ANPYN), which replaced the dissolved General Ports Administration. Through resolution 22/2025, seven key officials were appointed, including Ariel Romeo Cherubini as Manager of Port Engineering and Waterways, and Gisela Estefanía Escudero as Head of Shipping Policies. Additionally, the Interdisciplinary Dialogue Table for the Fluvial Development of the Main Navigable Waterway was created to encourage participation from various sectors in managing the Paraná River waterway. The agency, led by Executive Director Iñaki Miguel Arreseygor, will oversee the concession and control of the waterway until a new tender is awarded. Link
